Who we are
Lucrabit is made by MB Muzė LT (company code 306876836), Chemijos g. 27C-62, LT-51332 Kaunas, Lithuania. We decide how your data on this website is used, so we are its controller. Write to us at info@muze.lt.
This notice covers this website and the waitlist only. The Lucrabit app will have its own privacy policy when it launches.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- Whether the newsletter box was ticked.
- When you joined, and which version of the signup wording you agreed to.

The page you signed up on, your browser language, and any campaign tags in the link you
followed (for example
utm_source).
We don’t store your IP address. To stop abuse, our server counts recent signups from each IP address in memory for about a minute; the address is not saved.
Why we use it
To email you once, when Lucrabit launches. If the newsletter box was ticked when you signed up, also to send you the Lucrabit newsletter. The box is optional: untick it to get only the launch email. Before the first newsletter, we’ll ask you to confirm that you want it.
We use your email only because you asked us to (your consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw either consent at any time, and we will stop emailing you.
Where it is stored and who handles it
The waitlist is stored in a database run by Cloudflare that is restricted to the European Union. Cloudflare also hosts this website. It processes the data for us and may not use it for anything else.
We don’t use an email service yet. Before we send the launch email, we’ll move the list to one, name it in this notice, and ask you to confirm your address. Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link.
We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers or add you to anyone else’s list.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
If the newsletter box wasn’t ticked, we delete your email within three months of sending the launch email. If you did, we keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop the newsletter, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to get a copy of it, or to stop us using it. Email info@muze.lt and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
